I called the number in December 2007 to report someone, and I almost hung up when I got the voicemail. If you listen to the whole message, you will hear at the end that it says to
press 2 to give details about what you saw. This was on Saturday. Perhaps during the week the agents are more accessible and you won't have to listen to the message.

Please, if you are thinking about getting a pet, consider adopting.
Even a 5 or 6 year old dog or cat has many years of love to give,
and will be even more grateful for his or her new home. Puppies
are cute, but they're so much trouble! An older pet will have
just as much personality and will become the world's most beautiful
animal! If you want to help, but owning a pet does not fit your
lifestyle, consider volunteering at an animal shelter. If you
love animals, help them out, and you'll have fun doing it, too!
Talk about a win-win situation.
So my above plea was not convincing, eh? Read
some facts.
A dog
can have as many as 500 mates in one year.
Two
breeding dogs with all of their offspring can produce 67,000
puppies in six years.
There are thousands of pure-bred animals available
through adoption and rescue organizations, from beagles to greyhounds to
golden retrievers. Find one in your area. Even more loveable
are the thousands of mutts also available through animal shelters.
Your dog can be one of a kind!
